Transportation Infrastructure Task Force

Purpose: 
To serve as a convener and catalyst to ensure local units of government and the MPO come together to invest in major infrastructure projects.

Goals:

Convene Members of the MPO and various units of government to ensure Grand Forks, East Grand Forks, Polk County and Grand Forks County pursue federal and state funding for major transportation projects in our area. Such projects could include: additional bridge(s) across the Red River, I-29 interchanges at Merrifield road, 47th Avenue, and Demers and 42nd underpass.
