A Coalition of The Chamber, The Grand Forks Region EDC, The City of Grand Forks, Grand Forks County, UND, and other entities as necessary.

Purpose - To identify key infrastructure, funding and policy needs and work with elected officials at the state and local level to promote the Grand Forks legislative agenda.

Historically, well over $1.2 billion dollars in funding has been secured.
