The GF/EGF area is located in the heart of the Red River Valley where some of the richest farmland in the world exists. The Red Lake River and the Red River of the North meet in Grand Forks/East Grand Forks creating a beautiful area to live and work.
Cultural, recreational and athletic opportunities are in abundance year round. Summer brings golfing, swimming, fishing, walking, biking and bird watching. Winter brings skiing, skating, snowmobiling, ice fishing, hockey, football and basketball. There are great places to play including Turtle River State Park, Sherlock Forest Playground, the Red River State Recreation Area and the Arnold Palmer Signature PGA Golf Course.
